PASRR II Evaluations

​​If your facility is contracted with Rogue Psych Consultants:
Request that the current RPC provider assigned to the building complete the PASRR II evaluation. Please give the provider all required referral documentation so they can proceed with the evaluation

If your facility is not contracted with Rogue Psych Consultants:
Please securely email or fax the referral to Rogue Psych Consultants, see below. An RPC provider will contact the facility directly to schedule the PASRR II evaluation.
